What is the Family Office?
Whilst the “Family Office” is a relatively new service, its core components are services and products that we have been offering here at Ten Forward for many years. We have simply brought these together into a packaged service that provides you with a more cost effective solution. Above all this service offers you peace of mind in knowing that all of your requirements are being dealt with.
What does it include?
The Family Office includes a review of your current Estate Planning. It’s a simple process that enables us to quickly establish any areas of concern and provide you with a planning solution. We review the following areas:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Power of attorney
- Inheritance Tax Planning
For example many individuals are unaware that there is a difference between a Will and a Power of Attorney. Even with a relatively current will in place, without a power of attorney a person can find themselves and their family in severe financial difficulty. We can provide you with a detailed report of observations and recommendations and a complete beginning-to-end solution that can implement all of these recommendations. Our legal and tax experts are able to advise on all aspects of the planning required. One of the key aspects of this service is that we offer regular reviews of your affairs to ensure your plans are current. We will advise on and make changes to your planning throughout the year as part of the service at no added cost.
